Worcester City Women FC Unveils New Badge and Brand

As one of the few female-owned, independent football clubs in England solely dedicated to women and girls, Worcester City Women FC is proud to announce the launch of its new badge and brand identity. This significant milestone marks a new chapter for the club, reinforcing our commitment to community engagement, sustainability and driving women’s football in the area.

A Fresh Look for a Proud Tradition

Designed by club partners F8, with input from players, supporters, and local partners, our new badge symbolises our modern, forward-thinking approach while honouring Worcester’s proud heritage, featuring the cathedral in its design. The sunbeams behind the cathedral symbolise our core values: RISE - Respect, Inspiring, Successful, Exceptional, highlighting our positive nature.

F8 said, “When Nicole approached us to help with the club's rebrand it was an opportunity we just couldn't turn down, especially with the chance of redesigning the badge which will have so much visibility and be worn by the club's staff, players, and supporters. The importance of this rebrand isn't just to bring a fresh, vibrant new look to the club but also to help create its own identity as an independent women's football club. We hope this transformation will inspire greater support, attract new talent, and stimulate a stronger sense of pride among players and supporters. The club is on an extraordinary mission, not just flying the flag for Worcester, but also flying the flag for women's football and we couldn’t be more pleased to be on this journey with them and to have created a brand identity they can be proud of.”

Female-Owned and Community-Focused

Since Worcester City Women FC were established as an independent club in 2021, we have built a unique identity focused on being a sustainable, community-centred club with strong ambitions to put Worcester on the map for women’s football.

Worcester City Women FC stands out not just for our achievements on the pitch but for our dedication to our community. We believe in the power of football to bring people together and empower, and our new brand identity embodies this belief. Our owner and leader, Nicole Allison, is a driving force behind our mission. With her extensive experience working in football business, Nicole is passionate about creating opportunities for women and girls in the sport she loves.
"Our new badge and brand are more than just symbols; they represent our commitment to our players, our fans, and our community," said Nicole Allison. "We are excited to embark on this new journey and continue to grow as a club."
